POINT REYES
January 1, 2005
This is one of those inspirational
places that you never tire of. First down miles of isolated country road and to
the old coastal town of Pt. Reyes Station. Then past historic old farms to a
small parking lot from where you can see the thundering waves of the Pacific on
one side and miles of pristine sandy beaches on the other.
View the wildflower covered hills, walk the 300 steps down to an old
lighthouse, or take one of a dozen trails.
Our latest was an 8 mile
(It wasn't meant to be...we got a little lost) hike up the Tomales Point trail.
